For FMCG distributors who take orders on WhatsApp
He still owes you for last month. He just sent another order.
Your shops send orders to your WhatsApp. BakiCheck writes each one up at your rates. Before you say yes, it shows you what that shop still owes you. You approve every order. Nothing goes out without your tap.
No card. Up to 400 orders. Your shops change nothing.

Where your money goes.
Every software salesman sells you speed. Faster billing. Faster typing. Your boy types the orders in the morning. That costs you maybe four thousand rupees a month. That is not where your money goes.
Your money goes to the shop that has not paid for 45 days and is still ordering. The order comes at 7pm. Someone hears the voice note and says yes. Nobody looks at the hisaab at that moment. The baki is in the office computer. The order is on your phone. The two never meet till month end. By then you have sent that shop six more weeks of maal.
| What leaks | Each month |
|---|---|
| Udhaar given to shops that will not pay, and the cost of waiting for the money | ₹36,050 |
| Wrong deliveries, returns, replacements | ₹21,363 |
| Maal near expiry that could have gone out in orders | ₹22,500 |
| Schemes given wrong, or never claimed back | ₹16,667 |
| Order lines lost in the chat | ₹4,463 |
| Your boy’s time typing orders | ₹4,188 |
| All of it | ₹1,05,231 |
This is our own estimate. It is for a distributor who buys ₹1 crore of maal a month and supplies 500 shops. We built it from published industry figures and our own assumptions. It is not from our customers. We do not have customers yet. The full working is on the About page. Your number will be different. The biggest row will be the same.
Udhaar is the biggest row by far. So that is what we built for.
What BakiCheck does.
Reads the order the way it came.
Your shopkeeper sends a voice note at 6am. "Colgate chhota bees, laal wala ek kilo paanch." BakiCheck writes it up as lines, at your rates, from your own product list. He installs nothing. He changes nothing.
Shows his baki before you say haan.
On the same card as the order: how much he owes you, how old his oldest bill is, and whether he is past the days you gave him. Red, amber or green. A red card cannot be confirmed by mistake. You can still supply him. It is your business. But you decide with the number in front of you.
Keeps your hisaab in one place.
Bills, part payments, baki by shop, how old each bill is, the schemes you gave and the ones you held back. Like your diary. But on your phone, and open at 7pm.
You see his baki at the counter. Not at month end.
Every order card shows one of these before you can confirm. The colours never change. Red means red on every screen.
| Pill | What it means |
|---|---|
| Clear | Inside his limit. No bill past its days. Supply him. |
| Due soon | A bill is close to its days. Worth a word when the van goes. |
| Near limit | This order takes him close to the limit you set. |
| Overdue | A bill is past the days you gave him. Confirm is blocked. You can override it. The override is recorded. |
| Limit crossed | His baki plus this order is more than his limit. Same rule. |
| Old figure | His baki has not been updated for a while. So we take the colour away. We will not show you a green on an old number. |
| No credit info | New shop. No balance entered yet. |

Two things we did on purpose.
One. Green fades. Red does not. If a shop’s figure gets old, the green turns grey. A red stays red. An unpaid bill does not get better by being ignored.
Two. The days are yours, shop by shop. You give one shop 7 days and another 30. BakiCheck checks each shop against his own days. It shows the sum in one line: "₹38,400 of ₹50,000 · oldest bill 28 days, you gave 14". You can argue with a red. You never have to just obey it.
Made for one kind of business.
You are a distributor or stockist. You carry three or more brands. You supply 200 to 1,200 kirana and general stores. You are in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 city. You buy ₹40 lakh to ₹3 crore of maal a month. You have a few salesmen and one or two people in the office. Orders land on your phone as voice notes and short texts.
You are the owner. You decide. You have no IT person. You do not need one. You set this up yourself, on your phone, with us on a call.
If that is not you: BakiCheck will still work. But it was not built for you. We would rather say so than take your money. If you are a single brand distributor on the company’s own portal, or a shop, or a manufacturer, this is probably not for you.
From voice note to order. Four steps.
-
Your shop sends the order the way he always has.
A voice note or a text to your WhatsApp Business number. Not to us. To you. He does not know a tool exists unless you tell him.
-
We read it against your product list and his past orders.
"Laal wala" means Tata Tea Gold for one shop and Red Label for another. BakiCheck learns that from what each shop has bought before. A word it has not seen for that shop is flagged for you. It is never guessed.
-
You see the order and his baki on one card.
Lines, quantity, rate, total, the schemes you could give, and his baki. If a line is unclear, you can hear the exact three seconds of the voice note it came from.
-
You confirm, hold, call the shop, or say it was not an order.
Four words, four buttons. Nothing is confirmed without your tap. Nothing goes to the shop.
What it does not do.
- It does not read photos of handwritten lists. A photo becomes an empty card you type into.
- It does not reply to your shops. It does not send them anything.
- It does not confirm an order on its own. Ever.
- It does not apply a scheme on its own. It shows you the scheme you could give. You decide. A scheme held back is how you close a hesitant shop.
- It does not read your WhatsApp groups. It cannot. Only one to one chats to your business number.
- It does not do your GST, your accounts, your e invoicing or your van loading. Keep doing those where you do them today.
We do not have customers yet. Here is what we have instead.
You have read "trusted by 5,000 businesses" on a hundred sites. You believed none of them. So we will not write it.
BakiCheck is new. Nobody is using it yet. What we have today:
- A working app. You can open it on your phone in five minutes. Try it with your own shops and your own rates. 14 days. Free. No card.
- A reader that knows "laal wala ek kilo paanch" means one thing for one shop and another thing for another. For a new shop with no history, it flags the line instead of guessing. It does not guess with AI. It uses trade words and each shop’s own past orders. Only the voice to text step uses a model.
- A WhatsApp connection that is built and tested. It is not live yet. Meta is checking our business. Until then, you enter orders in the app by voice or by typing, and you get the same baki answer. We will say on this page the day it goes live.
- A founder who will set up your first ten shops with you on a call. He answers the phone.
If it works for you, we would like to put your name here. If it does not, tell us why. We will say that here too.
Try it on your own shops. 14 days. No card.
Add five shops. Enter what each one owes you. Then wait for one of them to order.
Up to 400 orders in the trial. After that, ₹1,499 a month if you stay. All prices are on one page. Nothing hidden.
